management does not mean romance. I am saying management of every day
relationships.
Business means that people purchase either your
service or your product. Let me share a personal story with you. At that

often repeated; "You can catch more flies with honey than vinegar." I asked
her the meaning of this when I was five or six years of age. She got out
two dishes of pudding. Then she poured honey into and vinegar into the other.
Then she took me outside with the dishes. She placed the two plates on the
picnic table. We seated ourselves on the porch and waited.

The afternoon was warm and balmy. As expected a whole
lot of flies began to buzz around the honey dish. A few settled themselves
on the vinegar, but left immediately and settled on the honey dish.
Interestingly, your clients would be very similar
to those flies. Know that you are serving up vinegar when a prospective client
comes to your website and finds that all you are doing is talking about the
greatness of your company, while the site is unsightly, hard to maneuver,
and he ends up scratching his head as to how to buy your product. It would

Women have a better edge in this field than
men, because most women have an inbuilt sense of being a good and gracious

them that it affords you great pleasure to see them come to your site. Then
go on to the terrific benefits your services and products can give to them.
More often than not you must have asked your

sweet and delicious to take home. In a like manner offer your website visitors
something that they can keep with themselves like a free email course or
an ebook in return for their email address. That way you can continue to
be in touch with them. You can get in touch with them later, even if they
do not buy anything from you right now, and send them information about thinks
that you guess might be of interest to them.
Then do not lose contact with them. Do not irritate
them with useless advertising stuff. Email them something informative like
a newsletter, or come up with new ideas of hooking attention. I send to the
addresses in my mailing list many holiday cards and such stuff, that have
no connection whatsoever with what I sell. Do this and you will see that
one tome or the other they will surely buy your product or your service.
